The Recruitment Group are looking for an Administrator to work within our Finance function at our Head Office in Castle Donington. The role will require you to assist with Finance tasks and to provide general admin support to various other functions. Full training and support will be given but you’ll need to have great attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills & be able to work efficiently and methodically.
Responding to a variety of enquiries from multiple inboxes, prioritising resulting tasks effectively
Occasional answering of calls to our general phone line, dealing with both internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner
Gathering a range of data from multiple branches, entering the data into Excel-based spreadsheets & distributing resulting reports to senior managers on a weekly basis
Assist in the credit scoring of potential clients using various financial establishments’ online portals
Calling and emailing clients to check invoicing information and check their company registration details
Entering client details into our CRM and spreadsheets, ensuring it’s accurate and up-to-date at all times
We're looking for a Finance Administrator who is IT literate, has great attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills & is able to prioritise tasks to meet various deadlines throughout each week.
