We are delighted to be working with an established and reputable company based near Leamington Spa who are recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to assist the transport department with all administrative and planning duties, contributing towards a smooth and efficient fleet operation.

It is essential that you have previous experience working within transport and/ or logistics.

As the Transport Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking in deliveries and collections
  • Actioning any orders within a timely manner
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Ensuring drivers schedules are accurate and complaint
  • Updating daily reports
  • Maintain accurate files and data in line with company policies
  • Comply with all SHEQ procedures
  • Administrative tasks to assist in effective fleet operation

The Transport Coordinator will require previous experience of working within transport and/or logistics coupled with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to be a team player and be able to work well under pressure. This exciting new role will offer both development and progression for the right applicant.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
