We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join our clients busy and buzzy procurement team in their Cirencester office.

The Details:

Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £10.00 - £12.00 per hour

About the Role:

As a Temporary Administrator you will:

·         Provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Procurement Team

·         Monitor and action procurement project portal correspondence and documentation with suppliers and clients to meet time-sensitive deadlines

·         Monitor emails within the shared mailbox and distribute accordingly

·         Maintain and update the procurement work plan by liaising with clients on a quarterly basis to obtain information on upcoming procurements

This role will be initially based in the office in Cirencester for approx 2-4 weeks of training but will then have the capability to be home-based.

About You:

If you have experience in procurement that would be a bonus however not essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, experience in administration and will be available immediately for approximately 4 months.
