This position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00.
£10.50 per hour.
Your duties will include:
- Dealing with the daily administration requirements for the office.
- Liaising with companies, customers and internal departments concerning the delivery of products and the collection of returns.
- Supporting the Logistics Management team in delivering first class customer service.
- Calculate pricing and process daily dispatch tickets
- Price check invoices from external carriers and suppliers
- Maintain performance records
- Maintain accurate and up to date records for all related operations
- Ensure all visitors sign in and comply with the Company Policies and Health & Safety rules
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
- Great communication with a friendly and confident telephone manner
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Competent IT skills (Microsoft and in-house systems)
