Secretary
The Recruitment Group is looking for a Secretary with Xero accounting experience. Our client is based in Loughborough.
Pay for the Secretary position:
- £13.00 per hour.
Hours for the Secretary position:
- Monday – Thursday – 09:00-15:00
Duties and Responsibilities for the Secretary position:
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
- Data entry onto Xero accounting.
- Checking post.
- Replying to emails.
- General office admin duties.
The Candidate:
- Must have Xero accounting experience.
- Strong communication skills and problem – solving abilities.
- Be a naturally forward planner.
