We are looking for a Secretarial/Admin Assistant to join our client’s outstanding legal support team.
25 days holiday per annum plus normal bank holidays
About the Role:
Providing administrative and secretarial support to the firm’s Risk and Compliance partner, you will be working in a busy, dynamic law office where the primary focus is to facilitate the link between fee earners, support staff and the department.
This will involve extensive liaison with internal staff and, potentially external contacts, both in writing and by telephone. You must be prepared to rise to the challenge of working in a complex legal area with the ability to create, amend and format documents quickly and accurately.
The successful candidate will ideally have 1-2 years of experience working in a solicitor’s firm or legal department and possess excellent IT/audio and admin support skills.
You will be very much a team player but equally capable of working with minimal supervision and understand the need for discretion when handling confidential information.
