We're on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established client based in Rugby.
The working hours for this Sales administrator position are:
08:00am – 4:30pm
Monday – Friday.
The salary for this Sales administration role is £25000 p.a.
About the role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service via telephone and other correspondence to internal and external customers
Arrangement of outbound shipment of products using logistic providers already being used by our client
Input sales and parts orders into the inhouse system
Report weekly any issues to the sales team
Create quotes when requested by the key account manager
General support activity such as quality issue report, customer pricing, discounts and returns
Liaise with production planners to create confirmation of orders
Do you have previous experience working as a Sales administration? this is preferable, however, not essential - as full training can be provided.
As the ideal Sales Administrator, you will be able to work well as part of a team and on your own, you will be able to provide great customer service to internal and external customers alike and having experience within programmes such as SYSPRO or a programme similar would be advantageous but not essential. Given the nature of the role, you will have great attention to detail and be able to communicate data and information to staff members and customers.
Our client is a global manufacturing company with a site based in Rugby so having experience within a manufacturing company would be helpful to you within this Sales administration role
