About the role:
As Recycling Officer you will be responsible for helping support the recycling and waste education team
About You:
Need to be physically fit, and able to manoeuvre bins when required, confident, passionate team members who can join the team to promote recycling and waste reduction messages, you need to be a good communicator and committed to high levels of customer service with the ability to problem solve
The details:
- Promoting and engaging residents and businesses in recycling campaigns and activities
- Engaging the wider community in improving recycling performance
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of project and providing updates and feedback on issues
- Carry out visits, doorstep surveys and inspections of recycling; engaging with customers to rectify faults or complaints.
- To act as ambassador for the representing the priorities and organisation initiatives as appropriate
Working Hours:
Working 37hrs over 5 days
Pay rate of £14.34per hour (with overtime available in evenings and at weekends)
