We're looking for a Driven and motivated individual to join our Peterborough team. In return for a responsive, committed and enthusiastic approach to work, The Recruitment Group will pay from £24,000 per annum depending on experience and knowledge with excellent training & development, a very healthy career pathway and a strong support framework.
About the Role
The position will be focused on supporting Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to deliver a people-first customer experience to all clients, workers and employees; promoting The Recruitment Group and FMCG Services' vision, culture & values.
The role will report to the Branch Manager, and duties will include supporting the implementation and execution of a full regional recruitment and fulfilment strategy.
Daily tasks will be predominantly interviewing, screening, registering applicants and calling current workers so a need to possess a warm and & friendly energy is crucial
About You
The successful candidate must speak English and Romanian or Bulgarian. Experience in a similar position is beneficial.
Flexible working hours are available.
You will need to be adaptable, flexible and mobile.
