We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-respected and local charity near Witney who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks.
As Recruitment Administrator you will be providing first-class administrative support to managers across all departments.
We are therefore looking for someone who is organised, proactive and efficient with excellent communication skills.
• Being the first point of contact for all recruitment queries
• Providing admin support for the end-to-end recruitment process
• Receive and process all recruitment paperwork
• Advertise new roles and access applications
• Create and maintain social media channels
We are ideally looking for someone who has some experience working in recruitment, however, this is not an essential requirement.
Our client does however need an individual who has strong administrative skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Hours are 9:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday and you will be provided with equipment to work from home.
