We're on the lookout for an experienced Receptionist to join our well-established client based in Melton for ad hoc cover.
About the role:
As a Receptionist your responsibilities will include:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and create visitor passes
Direct visitors to the appropriate person
Answering incoming telephone calls
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail daily
Update and schedule meetings
Perform other administrative duties such as filing and photocopying
Shifts between 08:00 – 17:30
Do you have previous experience working as a Receptionist? To be considered for this role, you will require excellent communication and administrative skills.
