Reception Administrator – Permanent Contract to Start ASAP
Salary: £18,000pa - £20,000pa (D.O.E)
Location: Gravelly Hill, Birmingham (B24)
Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday, 8:45am – 4:45pm, and Friday, 8:45am – 4:15pm
Front of house - greeting customers and handling general enquiries via telephone and email
Supporting all aspects of the Finance and Admin department
Entry of shipment invoices onto Opera, and keeping all related records up to date
Ensuring all serial numbers are kept up to date on SPARC
General administration duties to support the running of the office
Ordering of stationery
Updating mailing lists
Producing unit schedules when required
Assisting the sales & purchase ledger functions when required
Preparation of monthly stock sheets and data entry
Month-end support
Reporting and analysis
Help compiling year-end documentation for audits
Assisting with new projects and practise
Candidate Spec
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Good attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Motivated and able to work within a team as well as working on own initiative
Excellent organisational skills
