We are recruiting a Quality Customer Co-ordinator on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer with headquarters in Oxfordshire & a large global presence across the US, EMEA & APAC.

This fantastic opportunity will involve handling all quality related concerns & issues, where you will be the main point of contact for key customers and liaise directly with the production team to drive change within the manufacturing process, ensuring that regulatory standards and compliance is strictly adhered to.

You will have experience of managing continuous improvement projects, recent experience of working within a quality environment, together with excellent presentations skills & audit experience.

You will have a sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles and the requirements of ISO 13485.

This is a hybrid role with up to 2 days of remote working offered.
