We're on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join our well-established client based in Leicester.


The Details:

  • This role offers up to £21.5k per annum

  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Discretionary bonus scheme (for the first year it would be pro-rata to the number of months worked)

  • Training/learning and development provided

  • Pension scheme

  • After 6 months of service, full BUPA membership for employees and their immediate dependents

About the role:

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the operational quality team carrying out appropriate pre-activity checks for all sales and purchases

  • Complete checks on goods received documentation including review of temperature readings

  • Update the business system as appropriate with stock receipts and dispatches

  • Ensure that stock location is appropriate and correctly recorded

  • Chase, verify and file proof of delivery (POD) / temperature data and Acknowledgements of Receipt (AOR) for dispatched consignments

  • Complete checks on dispatched goods documentation

  • Draft Instructions to Ship for outgoing consignments

  • Assist in raising deviations where appropriate

  • Assist in investigation and resolution where required

  • File stock cards

  • Assist in product recalls as required

  • Carry out cleaning verifications for GMP/GDP areas

  • Complete logbooks appropriately

  • Carry out due diligence and license checks for supplier and customer qualification

  • Check MHRA list of revoked, terminated or cancelled licenses and documents on a bi-monthly basis

  • Complete record checks in event of recalls

About You:

Do you have previous experience working as an Administrator? To be considered for this role, you must be confident handling administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and be proficient in working in a Quality environment. In addition, the successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Be a team player with the ability to maintain working relationships with colleagues and external contacts

  • Be computer literate with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Oracle is highly desirable
