We're on the lookout for an experienced Quality Administrator to join our well-established client based in Leicester.
This role offers up to £21.5k per annum
22 days holiday + bank holidays
Discretionary bonus scheme (for the first year it would be pro-rata to the number of months worked)
Training/learning and development provided
After 6 months of service, full BUPA membership for employees and their immediate dependents
About the role:
As a Quality Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Support the operational quality team carrying out appropriate pre-activity checks for all sales and purchases
Complete checks on goods received documentation including review of temperature readings
Update the business system as appropriate with stock receipts and dispatches
Ensure stock location is appropriate and correctly recorded
Chase, verify and file proof of delivery (POD) / temperature data and Acknowledgements of Receipt (AOR) for dispatched consignments
Complete checks on dispatched goods documentation
Draft Instructions to Ship for outgoing consignments
Assist in raising deviations where appropriate
Assist in investigation and resolution where required
File stock cards
Assist in product recalls as required
Carry out cleaning verifications for GMP/GDP areas
Complete logbooks appropriately
Carry out due diligence and license checks for supplier and customer qualification
Check MHRA list of revoked, terminated or cancelled licenses and documents on a bi-monthly basis
Complete record checks in event of recalls
Do you have previous experience working as a Quality Administrator? To be considered for this role, you must be confident handling administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and be proficient in working in a Quality environment. In addition, the successful candidate must have:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Be a team player with the ability to maintain working relationships with colleagues and external contacts
Be computer literate with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Oracle is highly desirable
