We're on the lookout for a QC Laboratory Technician to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a full-time, 6-month temporary basis.
The details:
Full time, 6 months temporary basis with the possibility of an extension
Monday – Friday
£9.60 per hour
About the role:
As a QC Laboratory Technician, your duties will be to test pharmaceutical raw materials including components, packaging and finished products for batch release, stability, development studies and customer complaints in line with site procedures. Additional duties include:
Work to appropriate laboratory systems, standards and procedures
Complete analytical documentation including the input of results onto the LIMS system
Perform analytical testing using methods where training has been received to meet scheduled timelines
Have good basic knowledge of the products/materials
Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of basic equipment
About you:
To be considered for this role, you will need an understanding and have previously worked with GLP, GMP specifications and procedures. In addition to knowledge of pharmaceutical testing requirements, testing equipment and current analytical techniques.
