We're on the lookout for a Part-time HR Administrator to join our prestigious Loughborough based client on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of the year. The role 18.5 hours per week.

This is an extremely varied role, which provides comprehensive support to the HR data requirements and HR systems and processes. As part of a team, you will contribute to proactively driving the efficient use of these main HR systems to ensure maximum benefit is gained from the functionality available. You will also assist with the maintenance and development of HR datasets and systems.The role will be required to work with a variety of internal and external customers, dealing with several HR processes and a wide range of complex information. You will also be responsible for producing different data sets in relation to HR staff data.

You should be educated to A- Level standard or equivalent, have experience of working in a busy office environment and experience of working with a complex database. You should be competent in Microsoft applications and advanced use of Excel or other large-scale spreadsheets/complex database systems is desirable. Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills are essential together with a flexible approach with the ability to efficiently handle varied workloads and meet deadlines.
