We're on the lookout for a Programme Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a full-time, temporary basis for 3 months with further possible extension.

Full time (37 hours) Monday - Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 | Friday 09:00 – 17:00

£10.98 per hour

About the role:

As a Programme Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • To support the preparation of all induction communications and materials as required including the preparation of relevant handbooks. In conjunction with colleagues, to assist with the planning, organisation and running of key events– this may include working unsocial hours.

  • To carry out general administration including using the client database to maintain and update records utilising in-depth knowledge of IT systems and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • To assist with queries and provide information, and general advice and guidance, in a timely and effective manner.

  • To work independently and use own initiative when dealing with unexpected problems and emergencies

  • To assist with the collation and maintenance of risk assessment and ethical documentation.

About you:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have:

  • Significant experience working in a busy, customer focussed role dealing with a range of enquiries

  • Experience working in an office-based administration environment

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to communicate with different departments

  • Ability to promote a professional and positive manner with a focus on customer service

  • To work independently and be able to deal with unforeseen problems and circumstances

  • Excellent ICT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
