Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking for a part-time role in a supportive and growing environment? A leading accountancy practice is seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join their friendly and experienced Administration team in Southampton.
Hours are: 8:30am-5:15pm, (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 8:30-4pm (Friday).


The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations. Responsibilities include:
. Performing administrative tasks such as typing letters, answering calls, photocopying, and scanning.
. Supporting reception and the Admin Supervisor as needed, including welcoming visitors.
. Managing post duties, such as scanning, booking, and opening mail.
. Assisting with payroll checks and document filing.
. Archiving documents and maintaining the archive database.
. Processing in-house forms and performing banking tasks when required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

. Proficiency in MS Office/365, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new IT systems.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent organisational abilities.
. High attention to detail and accuracy.
. A driving license (essential).
