We are working with a family-run energy installation company based in Loughborough that offers government-funded schemes for both private customers and households who qualify for the funding.
Our client supports commercial customers on their journey to sustainable energy solutions and is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their growing team to help offer a fantastic service to the customers.
• Managing installation projects
• Managing subcontractors, contractors, and internal relationships
• Booking services
• Ensuring customers receive a slick service from receiving a quote for the job to following it through to installation and aftercare.
• Being the main point of contact for any operational requirements and be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Due to multiple projects being run this role will be looking after a number of different properties.
Skills / Experience
• Strong organizational skills to be able to run multiple projects
• Experience within the energy sector would be advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate the capabilities to be able to have strong time management skills.
• Great communicational skills
