Operations Administrator – Permanent Contract to start ASAP!
Location: Central Birmingham
Salary: £19,000pa – £21,000pa
Hours of Work: 40hrs Mon – Fri Between 7.30am – 7.30pm (8hrs shift)

  • Booking movements on the system and interpreting information from Air Table including processing checks on new suppliers and making bookings directly with collection and delivery sites both via email and on the telephone.
  • Expense approval and processing; speaking with suppliers where required to manage and minimise expense queries
  • Inbox management; booking movement requests and general enquiries from customers and suppliers
  • Trade plate administration; recording and processing data

  • We are flexible on prior experience, but it would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate a proven record of:
  • Business Administration.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex processes.
