Who you are:
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in the recruitment industry, preferably on-site. We need driven individuals who enjoy problem-solving and can effectively prioritise and multitask under pressure. Communication is king in this role as you’ll be managing a number of other agencies and the client, so it's essential that you’re a confident speaker who can make your voice heard whilst also adapting your tone to deal with different contacts and their needs.
About the Role:
As an On-Site manager, you’ll play a vital part in the growth and smooth running of our Warrington contract. You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our clients' key managers as well as the other agencies. Other key responsibilities include:
Work to our Managed Service structure plan
Build relationships to ensure clients needs are met
Manage agencies commitments against orders
Monitor and manage the data to ensure there is enough labour to meet the client plans
Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.
Initiate, manage, and develop relationships.
Proactively and consistently strive to identify ways to meet client needs
Provide support to ensure that the agencies and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive service.
Always seek and provide feedback in a professional manner to contacts
Accurately record information on the templates provided
Varied administration tasks
