As Office & Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will work closely with the team of Engineers.
Key tasks include -
- Taking customer calls and assisting with booking in work efficiently and aiding the process through to completion
- · Dealing face-to-face with customers and suppliers
- · Liaising with the team, maintaining and updating internal systems
- · Assisting with placing stock orders, receiving and storing stock deliveries; despatching parts to customers, taking payments
- · Aiding with the day-to-day upkeep of company website and social media
- · Producing seasonal marketing material
Hours are 8:00 – 17:30 Monday to Thursday with a 17:00 finish on a Friday.
22 days holiday + bank holidays (1 to be taken during C’mas/NY period)
