Marketing Specialist

The Recruitment Group has an exceptional position that we are recruiting for currently, our client is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions that designs, manufactures, and supplies ultra-precision equipment in Europe across multiple industries and is looking for a Marketing Specialist.

Purpose of the Marketing Specialist:
As the Marketing Specialist in the UK, you will be responsible for a competitive marketing strategy and translate into day-to-day marketing tactics for execution. You will bring a strong passion for digital marketing and be continually looking for new opportunities and relevant channels to raise awareness of the company and the Business Units to support the growth. To be successful, you will need to influence people in different functions from across the world and always be ready to suggest opportunities for further improvement to promote the business unit portfolio.

Main duties and responsibilities of Marketing Specialist:
* Develop effective, competitive marketing strategy and plan leveraging Business Units/portfolio's position in the marketplace and translate marketing strategy to day-to-day marketing tactics for execution.
* Initiate and execute cross Business Units marketing activities with division marketing to present total solution in the marketplace to drive growth through innovative marketing/commercial projects.
* Work closely with the Business Units on their strategy for eCommerce in the UK.
* Interact with Business Units to identify broader solutions for market segments.
* Partner with other functions to promote Corporate strategic initiatives.
* Support trade shows as needed with your ideas to promote.
* Responsibility for digital marketing content, e.g. social media and webpages.
* Measure efficiency of marketing activities (ROI)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Marketing Specialist:
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
* Experience with Graphic Design is desirable.
* Experience in content creation including photography and videography is desirable.
* Experience in a cross functional or highly matrixed organization.
* Teamwork - Self-motivated working to own initiative and be part of a pan-European Team.
* Strong Communication skills, written and spoken skills in English.
* Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel.

Education and Experience:
* 2 Years experience in B2B Marketing.
