We're on the lookout for an International Sales Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on full-time, permanent basis.

Monday – Friday; 09:00 – 17:00 (Some flexibility to start between 8:00am – 10:00am, however, 7.5 hours required in a day)
£20,269 per annum
Full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week)
About the role:
As an International Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing documentation for associated orders
General administration tasks (printing/scanning, etc)
Preparing internal and external emails to suppliers and customers
Daily monitoring of websites/ portals for updates
Filing and archiving paper=based and electronic records and general administrative tasks KPI Tracker Input (Quotations, Sales, etc)
Booking the transport for shipments
Taking and distributing meeting notes/minutes
Preparing bar codes and customs clearance instructions
Checking internal and external documents
Reporting and investigating discrepancies that may arise
Striving to meet targets, deadlines, budgets and company objectives
Liaising with and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers as well as other departments within the company
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. In addition to working well as part of a team and initiative to work independently.
You will also require a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and have previous office administration experience.
