We're on the lookout for an International Sales Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on full-time, permanent basis.

The details:

  • Monday – Friday; 09:00 – 17:00 (Some flexibility to start between 8:00am – 10:00am, however, 7.5 hours required in a day)

  • £20,269 per annum

  • Full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week)

About the role:

As an International Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing documentation for associated orders

  • General administration tasks (printing/scanning, etc)

  • Preparing internal and external emails to suppliers and customers

  • Daily monitoring of websites/ portals for updates

  • Filing and archiving paper=based and electronic records and general administrative tasks KPI Tracker Input (Quotations, Sales, etc)

  • Booking the transport for shipments

  • Taking and distributing meeting notes/minutes

  • Preparing bar codes and customs clearance instructions

  • Checking internal and external documents

  • Reporting and investigating discrepancies that may arise

  • Striving to meet targets, deadlines, budgets and company objectives

  • Liaising with and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers as well as other departments within the company

About you:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. In addition to working well as part of a team and initiative to work independently.

You will also require a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and have previous office administration experience.
