Job title: Installation Coordinator

15 month FTC

Location: Leicester
Salary: Circa £30k dependant on experience
Hours: Mon - Fri 40 hours


The Recruitment Group is working with a local homebuilder, leading the industry on quality, service and sustainability, building the homes the country needs. They put the customer at the heart of everything they do, designing and building high quality homes.

Purpose of the Installation Coordinator Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our client's team, to coordinate the supply and installation of Fitted Bedroom and Office Furniture to our client's customers, overseeing the installation schedule, ensuring works are scheduled in line with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities for an Installation Coordinator:

  • Schedule works
  • Manage capacity
  • Manage ongoing changes with delivery and installation requirements
  • Manage inbound queries (Email & Phone)
  • Process orders
  • Manage and maintain data
  • Provide high levels of customer service
  • Investigate failed access issues
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Liaise with Fitting & Production Departments


Key Requirements for an Installation Coordinator:

  • Planning / Logistics experience essential
  • Experience with Paragon preferred - or other routing software
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to changes at short notice
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Understanding of driving legislation & regulations preferred
