We're on the lookout for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a permanent basis.
• This role offers full time (40 hours a week over 5 days) with options for remote working available
• Shift work between 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday (must be able to work 2 in 3 weekends)
• Salary: OTE £23k - £25k per annum
• Bonus loyalty schemes after qualifying period
About the role:
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
• Selling our client's products and additional support packages.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to new emails.
• Provide up-to-date product knowledge to customers and inform them of current promotions
• Making outbound calls to customers to see if they want to go ahead purchasing goods
• No cold calling is required
To be considered for this role, you will require excellent attention to detail and telephone manner, be IT literate, work well as part of a team and be willing to commit to training and learn new skills.
