ICT Support Analyst Oxf

We are on the lookout for an ICT Support Analyst to join our well-established client based in Oxford. This is a temporary position for 3 months and the pay is ?13 to ?13.99 per hour. This role will be working Monday to Friday with no weekends.

Our client is the elected body responsible for the most strategic local government services in the county. These services include but are not limited to highways, street lighting, school admissions, health and social care, registrations, blue badges, and bus passes.


About the role:

As an ICT Support Analyst, you are responsible for:

. Face to face IT for staff and Councillors at our County Hall offices.

. Phone support for staff and Councillors.

. Troubleshooting IT issues

. Logging issues and requests in our IT service management tool.

. Providing progress updates to staff,

. Meeting room support.

. Webcasting council meetings.
