ICT Support Analyst

We are on the lookout for an ICT Support Analyst to join our well-established client based in Wheatley. This is a temporary position for 3 months and the pay is ?13 to ?13.99 per hour. This role will be working Monday to Friday with no weekends.

Our client is the elected body responsible for the most strategic local government services in the county. These services include but are not limited to highways, street lighting, school admissions, health and social care, registrations, blue badges, and bus passes.


About the role:

As an ICT Support Analyst, you are responsible for:

. To configure mobile phones to be issued to staff.

. Assisting with the image build and configuration of laptops and desktop devices.

. Asset tagging new devices and entering them into the IT service Management database.

. Managing asset states and assignments in the ITSM tool

. Stock taking

. Preparing devices for disposal

. Packaging devices and arranging postages/courier deliveries/collections
