Our client, awell established and values led organisation, are seeking a HR Manager at theirHQ based in a rural location in South Oxfordshire.
This role isreporting to the Finance Director and is hybrid, allowing you to work 2 days athome and 3 days in the office.
Keyresponsibilities include:
•Update the employee handbook as per above
•Create an HR calendar and supporting processes for the UK businesses
•Timely completion – and development of - the monthly HR reporting dashboard -including key metrics from the 4 international subsidiaries
•Recruitment support to managers as required
•Identify learning & development needs and finding cost-effective ways todeliver against them
•Support payroll function and ensure compliance with any changes to employmentlaw / working regulations
•Development of Payroll & HR Administrators
•HR Administration and other tasks as required

Theideal HR Manager will be qualified, motivated and communicative with theability to work independently and cohesively within a team environment.
