Who you are:
We’re looking for a driven and positive-minded person who’s extremely well organised. You’ll be a key member of our central services team, so you’ll need excellent communication skills, as well as embodying our values of being driven, accountable, genuine, caring, and credible. We need someone proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally be CIPD3 qualified, or working towards this.
As our HR Administrator you’ll report directly to our HR business partner and be the first port of call for employees and external partners forallHRrelatedqueries. Your main responsibility will be the handling of all employee documentation, including contracts, employee paperwork and starter packs.
Other responsibilities include:
Updating internal HR portals, such as sick and maternity leave
Assist with reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
Communicating with external partners
Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, induction & training feedback.
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information,i.e.sick days taken. outstanding holiday accrual for leavers.
Assisting with the recruitment process, this will include placing job adverts, monitoring, and screening potential candidates.
Assist with any investigation / disciplinary meetings
Updating spreadsheets daily / weekly
