Our client, a major servicing organisation for one of Oxford’s largest employers, are looking for a Helpdesk Advisor on an ongoing temporary contract.
This role forms part of the Helpdesk team in delivering a professional customer care and job dispatch service.
The individual must demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative & enjoy working with people. This role requires sound oral & written communication skills as well as maintaining good inter personal relationships.
You would be working with a small team and involved in all internal queries and requests. We are looking for someone who has a good telephone manner and organised approach.
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 6pm - 2am
