Our client, a major servicing organisation for one of Oxford’s largest employers, is looking for a Helpdesk Advisor on an ongoing temporary contract.
This role forms part of the Helpdesk team in delivering professional customer care and job dispatch service.
Our client operates 7 days a week, so a flexible approach to rota based work is necessary.
Hours are variable depending on shift but will include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
The individual must demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative & enjoy working with people.
This role requires sound oral & written communication skills as well as maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
