Our client, a local & well-established wealth management business, is seeking a Front of House Administrator to join their progressive and developed team.
About the Role:
As the Front of House Administrator, you will:
Be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the building
Answer all incoming telephone calls
Assist with purchasing requirements for the company including stationery
Assist with updating of Procedures manual and ensure it remains up to date
To assist in the creation, implementation and development of internal systems
Provide refreshments for clients, visitors and in-house meetings
