Foundry Operative
Temporary to permanent position for Foundry Operative to work on days, Monday to Thursday. Hourly rate £11.07 per hour.
Company with long heritage in producing lead components. The growth prompted by an increase in demand for their innovative products.
We are looking for candidate who is able to:
- Understand plans and requirements for each task.
- Working at heights
- Operating overhead crane
- Melting down lead ingots
- Must be able to work on your own
- Removing the mould material after the metal has solidified as it cools
- Operating machinery at a very high temperature
- Help minimise downtime and wastage.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have an at least 2 years foundry experience and are looking for a full-time position. Also, keen to speak with candidates who have experience melting down lead components.
