​Food Production Operative/Warehouse Operative

About our client:

Our client is a British dessert manufacturing and distribution company who have large sites based up and down the UK. They pride themselves on manufacturing high-quality desserts and cakes to distribute across the UK to top leading supermarket chains. This particular site that we are recruiting for is based in Daventry. Our client is currently looking for a large number of Food Production Operatives and Warehouse Operatives to join their busy, vibrant and fast-paced team.

Shifts Patterns & Pay rates:

AM Shift

05:45 – 14:15

£9.50 Per hour

PM Shift

14:45 - 23:15

£9.50 Per Hour

Night Shift

22:00 – 06:39

£10.15 Per Hour

Overtime is regularly available. During the week this is paid at time and a quarter during the week. Time and a half is paid at the weekend. So very good earning potential.

AM & PM is production work, Nightshift is a full sanitizing role.

Location – Daventry

NN11

Depending on the role, you will be responsible for:

•Working on production line processing orders

•Filling and processing mixtures to be cooked

•Labelling products

•Picking and packing products

•Despatch of products

•Sanitizing and cleaning down cooking equipment and machinery ready to be used again.

About you:

•Have a can-do attitude

•Experience working within a warehouse/production environment is desirable but not mandatory

•Be happy and confirmable working in a fast-paced environment

•The ability to work well alone and in a team

•Bags of enthusiasm and would deem themselves as a “GO-GETTER”

•Looking for ongoing stable work in a company where you can grow and progress
