We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our well-established client based in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

About the role: 
As the Financial Analyst you will form part of the audit function to review and analyse management information (MI) to produce gap analysis, trend reports and bespoke financial reporting.  You will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and identifying opportunities for the business to improve the recovery of revenue through more effective spend management and will support the creation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls to identify financial strengths and weaknesses. 
Reviewing uploaded supplier spend information and conducting gap analysis on supplier accounts and report findings.  Whilst supporting supplier audits to establish an accurate record of sales and validate against contract timeframes and spend. 
You will communicate analytical outputs to stakeholders and present outputs of financial analysis and plans of action to senior management, internal teams, and external entities. 
About You: 
Your analytical and financial skills will be business critical to this post.  With the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 
Extensive knowledge and understanding of spreadsheets.  With proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce experience, SIS and Power BI.
