We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to work for our Client in Loughborough. As a Finance Administrator you will be working within the Management Administration team providing support for Finance, Business and General Administration. If you are interested in the role of Finance Administrator, then please read below.

Pay:

  • £12.32 per hour - 6 month Contract


Hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week which can be flexible.


Responsibilities:

  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices on the Agresso finance system.
  • First point of contact for all queries associated with financial transactions.
  • Maintain appropriate financial records and those specifically for audit purposes.
  • To generate ad-hoc financial reports and provide financial data as required, to assist with business planning and budget monitoring.
  • To process Call Out and overtime claim requests.
  • To ensure overtime payments are authorised.
  • To provide appropriate finance support and information to staff in the Department and comply with relevant policies.
  • To respond to enquiries received in person, by telephone or email and take appropriate action.
  • To provide cover for colleagues at busy times and in cases of absence.
  • Providing general administration support.
  • To undertake any training and development deemed appropriate for the position.


Skills Required:

  • Agresso Finance System experience an advantage.
  • Experience in raising purchase orders and processing invoices a must.
  • Have a Finance Administration background.
  • Enjoy working with people and being able to work as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
  • Able to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
