Job Title: Field Service Supervisor

Location: LE4, Leicester

Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

Working Hours:Flexible 37 hrs -Monday -Friday

Job Type: Permanent

We are pleased to work with a leading global manufacturer of air and liquid filtration systems and replacement parts.

The Field Service Supervisor will support the service team and our customers effectively, utilising strong organisational skills and confident communication at all levels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop service technicians and approved service partners (ASPs).
  • Conduct service team meetings, monitor technician KPIs, ensure quality and safe site work, and meet financial targets.
  • Collaborate with service planning to maximise efficiency, assist when required.
  • Field Service Supervisor must manage order book coordination and planning.
  • Promote "iCue" Connected Solutions for serviceable collectors and advise clients on additional services to maximise sales.
  • Liaise with customer services on invoicing, work with contractors and third-party suppliers.
  • Field Service Supervisor should support service sales with travel timings, technician requirements, and urgent requests.
  • Forecast service sales and maintain CRM database accuracy.
  • Participate in implementing the new Field Service Tool and Mobile App (launching Sept/Oct 2024).
  • Handle customer and site challenges via calls/emails and site visits to understand needs and identify improvements.
  • Ensure high-quality, safe service execution and timely, accurate service reporting.
