We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Office Administrator to join our client's busy department located in Witney.
About the role:
As a JuniorOffice Administrator your responsibilities will include:
Providing clerical support to the Warehouse Operations, assisting in meeting the work schedule in line with current Company Policies & Procedures and maintaining systems as required by legislation.
Liaising with warehouse operations to ensure a smooth flow of information and paperwork to meet the delivery schedule.
Good understanding of the stock management process to include producing relevant paperwork for the warehouse operation, checking, filing information and communicating with the customer via telephone or email.
Process all stock movements on behalf of our customers in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to communicate with colleagues, suppliers and customer’s either by telephone or email effectively.
The flexibility to work across all departments as and when required
Do you have good numeracy and literacy skills along with good attention to detail with high levels of accuracy?
You will understand the necessity for confidentiality and be able to carry out any other related duties, within reason, as requested by company management.
You will thrive in a diverse role and be confident juggling a varied and challenging workload.
