Our client is looking to recruit an Entry level Administrator to join their small and successful team.
This role would be ideal for a candidate looking for their first office position where they will be offered support, training and an insight into the dynamics of this established business.
General day to day duties will include:
Receive incoming enquiries, identify clients’ needs and advise a course of action
Enter new instructions on to the company database
Update records daily and monitor progress
Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure delivery and respond to any queries
Present a professional and friendly image of the company at all times.
If you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and first class communication skills with a determination to succeed and progress this could be the role for you.
