I am recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant to join a manufacturing business in Walsall Wood.
As a Digital Marketing Assistant your role will be to support the Business Development and Marketing Team with the execution and delivery of all Marketing campaigns, such as social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO & PPC.
Training, salary and benefits
£19,000 - £21,000 depending on experience
6 months experience within a similar role is required. However, this is an entry level position and formal training will be given to gain the knowledge and skills you will need to progress in a digital marketing career.
Full-time permanent contract M-F
About the role:
Website & Social Media
You will be required to update and manage the company website (using Wordpress)
You will have a flair for creating eye catching content for the company website
You will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content for the company social media and blogs, you will also respond to social media messages and refer potential clients to the relevant colleague
You will take responsibility for the editing of video footage for use across our social media channels in addition to taking & editing and sourcing photos for use on social media and other exciting marketing material
You will be required to gather data on the performance of the company social media accounts
Surveys and Research
You will conduct engaging surveys and research to explore the needs of clients and internal staff in more detail
CRM & Data
You will take responsibility for maintaining a CRM database for email & LinkedIn distribution lists
6 months general marketing experience
Enthusiastic & committed
Keen to learn and develop skills and willingness to embrace change
Good computer skills – video, and photo editing preferred but not required
Experience with online platforms, updating and creating (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn)
