Our client based in a rural location just outside of Oxford requires a Customer Support Coordinator to join their established Planning team to support the scheduling and booking customer appointments.

About the Role
As the Customer Support Coordinator you will:
Receive calls from Customers and book appointments
Plan and schedule work for the field teams
Co-ordinate traffic management plans and highway authority permits
Producing work packs
Monitoring email inboxes, responding to both internal and external queries
You will have an excellent telephone manner together with the ability to plan and coordinate a busy diary of appointments.
This role would suit an applicant that thrives in a busy environment and can stay calm under pressure whilst offering a first-class service to clients.
