As the Customer Support Coordinator you will:
- Receive calls from Customers and book appointments
- Plan and schedule work for the field teams
- Co-ordinate traffic management plans and highway authority permits
- Producing work packs
- Monitoring email inboxes, responding to both internal and external queries
This role would suit an applicant that thrives in a busy environment and can stay calm under pressure whilst offering a first class service to clients.
