We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Services Specialist to join our client’s service delivery team in Birmingham. You will be part of a growing and ambitious team with responsibility for making sure that both drivers and customers are happy.

  • Helping to answer queries and providing any support required

  • Resilience: the attitude that challenges along the way only serve to make successes more rewarding
