We are on the lookout for individuals with a strong interest in customer service that are looking for a permanent or fixed-term contract to work on Milton Park, Abingdon.
There is a variation of roles available requiring varying degrees of job specifications and skills. This will be working in an office, full time.
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per year.
Benefits include for permanent staff: 25 days holiday, cycle to work scheme, life assurance, contributory pension etc.
About the role:
Daily responsibilities will include:
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Raising purchase orders
Investigate and resolve complaints
Liaising with consumers, colleagues etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
Excellent office organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent literacy - both written and verbal
You will be able to deliver a first-class service to consumers and work colleagues and be happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
