We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Manager to join our well-established client based in Bicester.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure the team respond to customer services in a timely manner.
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents to provide management reports relating to customer service matters for internal and external customers.
  • Support the field team with IT, equipment and required information necessary for them to get on site and carry out their tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Implements effective processes for customer service representatives to interact with customers via telephone, email, live chat or instant message.
  • Monitor and review processes for ways to make procedures more time and cost effective.
  • Provide monthly report on all activity.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information and customer financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure.
  • Maintain a professional environment for customer service team to thrive to solve problems and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous business improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives.
  • To be an ambassador for the company at all times internally and externally.
  • Comply with health and safety policy and safe working practices, ensure responsibility for safety and discipline ibn work area and report accidents for ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures
Working days and hours:
Monday to Thursday – 08:45am to 17:30pm
Fridays – 08:45am to 16:30pm
£30k per annum
About You:
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written.
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrable interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and find efficient ways to solve problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and customer service software
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Laws
  • Excellent knowledge of latest techniques
