We require a committed and experienced Customer Service Executive to work for our well established client based in Milton Park, Didcot.
About the role:
As Customer Service Executive, your duties will be:
- Resolve and respond promptly to telephone and written queries from customers
- Prepare and action orders/credits/requests received from customers/publishers
- Liaise effectively with all other departments
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft programmes
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Able to manage workloads and meet strict deadlines
This is a full time temporary to permanent role working Monday-Friday from 8.30-5pm
