We require a committed and experienced Customer Service Executive to work for our well-established client based in Milton Park, Didcot,
About the role:
As Customer Service Executive, your duties will be:
Resolve and respond promptly to telephone and written queries from customers
Prepare and action orders/credits/requests received from customers/publishers
Liaise effectively with all other departments
About you:
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Experience of working in an office environment
Professional telephone manner
Knowledge of Microsoft programmes
Previous customer service or call centre experience
Able to manage workloads and meet strict deadlines
The details:
This is a full time, temporary to permanent role working Monday-Friday from 8.30-5pm
