We're on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our well-established client based in Rugby.

About the role:

As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Inputting purchase orders and sales orders onto the system

• Dealing with customer queries and supply chain queries

• Prepare quotations

• Building relationships with customer accounts

About You:

Do you have previous experience as an Administrator? To be considered for this role, you will have good attention to detail with a good telephone manner and experience using Microsoft Office.

This role is based in a busy environment; you will be part of a friendly and supportive team and full training will be provided.
